Brian Clark
Founder and Property Manager
Brian Clark is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas and the owner of ABC Property Management. Brian earned his degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Arkansas along with a minor in marketing. In 2020, he jumped feet first into a struggling real estate market at a time when markets and real estate laws were fluctuating wildly. That experience shaped his business philosophy and led to the creation of what he calls the “Three Cs” which form the core of his company: Commitment, Communication, and Consistency. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Brian is passionate about helping property owners succeed while simplifying the rental process for owners and investors. When he’s not managing properties or sharing insights on ABCPM”s blog, you can usually find him exploring his hometown or staying ahead of market trends to better serve his clients.

Denise Bembenek
Office Manager
Denise Bembenek is the Office Manager at ABC Property Management where she handles accounting, business management, and administrative operations to keep the firm running smoothly. With broad scope of experience in legal, operations, education, and more, Denise brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and two-plus decades of community involvement in NWA. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and a Masters degree from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and has been a key part of the ABC Property Management team, supporting the company's growth and ensuring efficient back-office functions.

Frank Flores
Maintenance Coordinator
Frank Flores is the ABC Property Management’s Maintenance Coordinator responsible for overseeing repairs, vendor coordination, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. Bringing almost a decade of experience in managing property maintenance across multiple industry platforms, Frank is a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish who excels in communicating with ABC Property Management’s diverse tenants, vendors, and team members and facilitating quick resolutions to maintenance issues. His role is vital in providing 24/7 support and cost-competitive services to our tenants and owners, contributing directly to the firm's reputation for reliability in NWA.

Ariane Clark
CFO
Ariane Clark serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for ABC Property Management, overseeing accounting, financial planning, and fiscal strategy to drive the company's success. Bringing extensive experience managing complex accounts, Ariane’s focus on minimizing expenses and maximizing cash flow for both internal and external stakeholders, Ariane ensures financial transparency and compliance across the board. Her expertise supports the team's mission to treat every property as their own.

Amy Bacoto
Tenant Coordinator
Amy Bacoto serves as Tenant Coordinator at ABC Property Management, where she is the primary point of contact for tenants throughout the leasing lifecycle. With a strong background in customer service and administrative support, Amy brings excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering a positive tenant experience.
Prior to joining ABC, Amy worked as a Customer Support Representative for Delta Airlines, where she honed her ability to solve problems quickly and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. She is known for her responsiveness, professionalism, and people-focused approach.
At ABC, Amy manages tenant inquiries, lease processes, move-ins and move-outs, renewals, and ongoing tenant relations. She is dedicated to making the rental experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free for both tenants and owners.
